i just watched the css to joomla tutorial (thanks alot!) but i have a question. I did a template along side the video,,, but when i uploaded the zip file to my site the message was "File /var/www/html/sky/media/install_4640b81f09914/index.html does not exist!
what is that?

Lisa,
This is due to the template details XML file referencing a file that is not in the template you tried to upload. Place the index.html file in the appropriate spot or remove the reference in the XML file. Should work for you.

i went through the files and everything matches. there is an index.html file. i cant figure out what went wrong.

i did it again with another template. and i got the same error. i followed you exactly. i have the index.html in the same place you have., in the xml file does the <filename> order matter?, also, at the beginning you deleted your index.html, then later on in the video it was back? please help.

I think i have it figured out. you have an index.html file in your images folder. i dont remember that in the original video. but then i did the psd to joomla tutorial and there you went into more detail about that.
