i package up everything just as you show. but when i install i always get a message
"There is already a file called /var/www/html/test1/templates/bizbox/index.html - Are you trying to install the same CMT twice"

and the css file dosnt get up loaded. it is in the file and in the zip file.

any idea of why that is?

You will have to delete your template using an FTP. What happens is Joomla thinks the template is installed, though it didn't install correctly. You need to remove the files from the server and try again.
