I'm curious.
Is there a way to make the background of the JoomlaOS template into a slideshow, ie have the background change images every 15 seconds or so. And if this is possible, could all the images be preloaded?

Yeah I suppose that would be possible. It would be an easy Mootools job. With the javascript rotating the "body" background image.
