I already wrote a post. Got kinked out by the forum and lost everything I wrote. This has happened to me many times already.

The site keeps sign in for just a very short time and the logs out. I already reported on this issue and never got an answer. It would be nice if somebody does something about it.

To make it short: I'm really disappointed at your service: I have posted on the forum and sometimes I get an answer, many times not. I also send an email once and never got an answer.

If you are offering forums and community service then at least answer the posts.

I would like to continue to support this effort and also stay active in the community but only if there are improvements on the service.

I really do hope you take this to heart and do something about it.
