Rick ask me to post this email I recently sent him on the forum.

I have been watching your Building a CSS Template for JOOMLA Series it's great and has really helped me understand how to attempt building a Joomla template. However, is there any chance that you would have the webpages and photoshop template that you used in the video available for download?
  The administrator has disabled public write access.

Unfortunately we can't release the PSD file but we can give you the template file so you can have the HTML and CSS structure of the template. See the attached.
